Stephanie is the visionary behind Renovaré Salon, a retreat-style concept born from two decades of behind-the-chair mastery, a degree in Sociology from George Mason University, and a calling to raise the standard in beauty culture. Known for her signature blend of high-performance color correction, personalized transformation, and emotionally intelligent leadership, Stephanie built Renovaré to feel like a sanctuary—with standards. Her ability to read people, solve problems, and deliver both hair and healing has cultivated a fiercely loyal guest following. Whether you’re in her chair or simply in her space, her presence is felt—and your experience will be too.

Natalie’s journey began at Renovaré before the doors even opened. As Stephanie’s assistant for nearly two years, she’s grown far beyond what’s typical for a student stylist. Now a newly licensed professional and an Initiate Artist in training, Natalie blends quiet confidence with deeply personalized care—having already built meaningful connections with many of our guests during their most intimate transformations. Her attention to detail and rapidly advancing skill have guests (and mentors) turning heads for all the right reasons.

A Renovaré Artisan. A Virginia Tech graduate. And an artist with seven incredibly engaging years in the beauty industry, Olivia recently moved to Northern Virginia—but her clients still drive three hours just to sit in her chair. Her unique artistic range and skill set make her not only highly sought after, but truly one of a kind. Olivia approaches each guest retreat with a personalized, intuitive touch—balancing technical precision with an effortless aesthetic that leaves you falling in love with your hair again.

With over a decade behind the chair (licensed since 2011), Allie is known for her artistry in balayage, blonding, and lived-in dimensional color - looks that turn heads in the moment and grow out seamlessly for months. Her approach is detail-oriented yet creative, delivering effortless, low-maintenance beauty that feels as good as it looks.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Allie makes every guest feel at ease in her chair. Her kind demeanor, calm expertise, and eye for personalization have earned her a reputation for excellence throughout Fairfax and beyond.
Outside the salon, she's a proud dog mom to two doodles & and finds joy in her family, gardening, and cultivating the same sense of care she brings to her clients' hair.
